Anyone believe that the prosecutor will investigate anything?! It is a continuation of electoral fraud that the prosecutor’s offices asks us to provide evidence, which they should search for themselves. Zurab Japaridze said this after being interrogated in front of a magistrate within the ongoing investigation of possible election fraud.
According to him social media is full with evidence, and if anyone actually cares to check, it’s not a problem.
“They were interested in the evidence and had questions about the video that I recorded about fraud schemes. I had to mention several times the websites where anyone in Georgia, not just the prosecutor’s offices, can view a series evidences of what occurred on election day. In my introductory speech, i explained in general, and also the pre-election climate, how the will of the Georgian citizens was hijacked. The rest of the questions I was asked were mostly technical and I had to refer back to different websites. The material on the sea is available to view by anyone. It’s fine if someone wants to watch. Election rigging does not only happen on election day. It also happens during the pre-election phase. What we are doing right now, standing and walking and answering questions, is a continuation of this election rigging. Anyone believe that the prosecutor will investigate anything?! It is also a continuation in election fraud that the prosecutor’s offices asks us to bring evidence, when they should be searching for it themselves. The media is full of this,” said Japaridze.
In the presence of a magistrate judge yesterday, Mamuka Khzaradze the leader of “Strong Georgia”, Natia Mezvrishvili one of the leaders from the “Gakharia for Georgia” party, and Londa Toroaia the representative of the monitoring mission, “My Voice”, was questioned.
