**Georgia‘s Justice System in Question**
The government of Georgia is using the justice system to punish people who protest against them. This was said by Zurab “Girchi” Japaridze, a leader of the group “Coalition for Change”. He spoke about the trials of people detained during protests.
**Punishing Protesters**
Japaridze said that these trials show what kind of government Georgia has. He compared it to Russia and Belarus, saying that the justice system in Georgia is used to punish people who protest against the government. He mentioned that hundreds of people were tortured just a few weeks ago, but no one was punished for it.
**Russian-Style Regime**
Japaridze said that the fact that people are being sent to prison for throwing crumpled paper and bottles shows that Georgia is becoming like Russia. He said that people know what they are doing by protesting against the government. They understand that their protests are important and will not stop until they achieve their goals.
**Protests Will Continue**
Japaridze said that people will continue to protest until they win their fight against the government. He mentioned that everyone in Georgia sees the importance of these protests, including external support from other countries. He said that there is no need to announce a protest anymore, because people already know what needs to be done.
