**Estonia Backs Georgia in Constitutional Crisis**
Marko Michelson, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Estonian Parliament, has spoken out on a crisis unfolding in neighboring Georgia.
In a statement on social media platform X, Michelson said: “Georgia is in a constitutional crisis.”
The situation began when Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili called today’s session of the Georgian Parliament unconstitutional. She argued that massive election fraud had raised questions about the legitimacy of the parliament and its authority to convene.
Zurabishvili claims that the current parliament was not legally formed due to widespread electoral corruption, and therefore, does not have the right to meet.
