The report referred to a recent attack on a maritime terminal for oil by the Ukrainian Army in Feodosia. On 7 October, Ukrainian forces attacked the terminal, which was the largest in the peninsula and used to transship oil products for Russian occupiers.
According to British intelligence, this terminal had been hit by Ukrainian drones in March.
The report also stated that Ukrainian strikes on Crimea in 2024 will target air defense systems, airfields and command centers as well as naval and logistical installations, and the Kerch strait crossing.
The UK Defense Ministry concluded that “Ukrainian aggression continues to degrade Russia’s capabilities on the Crimean Peninsula”.
After the Ukrainian strike, the fire at the maritime oil terminal of Feodosia was put out after seven days.
Invaders set up mobile fueling stations that moved to different locations in order to avoid any further Ukrainian attacks. The Russian high command instructed fuel stations to stay in one place for only 12 hour.
