Giorgi Sioridze told the CEC that no one doubted they would do all that was necessary to achieve the outcome. During the eight-hour period, it was like the truth was being established while everything was already known.
According to him the principle of secrecy has been massively violated during the election day.
“If the CEC had made a different decision, it would have meant that they were taking a lot of responsibility. No one questioned that they would do all that they could to achieve the results that were achieved. For the entire eight hours it was as though the truth was being established while they already knew everything. All those who made the decisions and supported the dismissal knew exactly what they did and what they would do. They tried to make the process look pretty. There is only one truth possible here: the principle of secrecy has been violated massively in 2263 precincts where 90% of Georgia voters are located.
It is evident that the principle of confidentiality has been violated. This problem was uniform and a few cases were enough to show its debilitating effects.
Information: The CEC Commission has not satisfied the complaints of the “Young Lawyers Association of Georgia”, the “Unity – National Movement“, and the “Strong Georgia” in regards to the annulment of summary protocols of District Election Commission.
