**Opposition to Regroup and Plan Next Steps**
The opposition in Georgia is regrouping after a rally on Melikishvili Avenue. The leader of the “Unity National Movement“, Giorgi Vashadze, said that they will gather strength and plan their next move.
Vashadze told supporters that they need to prepare infrastructurally, as the police had taken away their cars and equipment. He thanked those who stood by them throughout the night and asked others to rest and recharge.
The participants of the rally on Melikishvili Avenue have started to disperse. The opposition will “replan” their next steps and introduce a new action plan by evening, according to Zura Japaridze, leader of the “Coalition for Change“.
Traffic has been restored on Melikishvili Avenue as police leave the area. The employees of the patrol police and criminal police have departed from the scene.
