**Girl Hit by Driver During Student Protest**
A 15-minute silence was being observed in Belgrade on Thursday. Students and supporters were standing still at an intersection to remember the 15 people who died in a recent accident.
But then, a black station wagon suddenly rammed through the crowd. A girl student was thrown onto the hood of the car and then onto its roof. She fell off behind and landed on the ground.
Student security guards rushed to help her. They tried to stop the driver from leaving, but he sped away. Paramedics treated the girl at the scene.
The police have now found the driver. But they are not saying much about him yet.
This is one of several times when drivers have driven through crowds of students since protests started after the Novi Sad tragedy.
