** Launches Massive Missile Assault **

On Day, Russia launched a massive missile assault on Ukraine’s energy facilities. This has led to power cuts across ten regions.

The attack started early in the morning and continued throughout the day. Russian forces used Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea and strategic aircraft to target multiple regions. The Ukrainian Air Force Command reported that were made against Poltava, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, , Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Kharkiv oblasts.

**Power Cuts and Damage**

The assault has forced emergency power cuts across the affected regions. Ukraine’s national , Ukrenergo, implemented emergency power outage schedules to cope with the situation. The Energy Minister, Herman Halushchenko, said that Russia had massively attacked the country’s energy system.

In Kharkiv, three people were injured in the morning attacks. Russian forces carried out at least seven strikes on the city, causing explosions in the Saltivskyi and districts.

**Air Raid Alert**

An air raid alert was declared across Ukraine due to the renewed threat of strikes. The Ukrainian Air Force Command reported that Russia had launched kamikaze drones targeting multiple regions throughout the night.

As of 8:00 AM, a large-scale missile assault remained ongoing, with missiles reaching western Ukraine and one reportedly crossing into Moldovan airspace.

**Response from Ukraine**

In response to the attacks, Ukraine’s Energy Minister urged citizens to follow official updates for information. Damage assessments would begin as soon as the security situation allows.
