**Serb Government Official Slams Kosovo’s Actions**
A meeting between the Belgrade and Pristina Joint Commission on Missing Persons was canceled due to recent actions by Kosovo. Petar Petkovic, head of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija, said this was because Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has been shutting down institutions and threatening the survival of Serbs in Kosovo.
**Kurti Accused of Timing Closures**
Petkovic accused Kurti of timing the closures to coincide with a meeting between EU officials and Pristina. This shows that Kurti is not interested in the rights of Serbs in Kosovo, Petkovic said.
**EU Criticized for Lack of Response**
The head of the Belgrade delegation criticized the European Union for its lack of response to these actions. He announced additional talks with EU officials regarding the recent actions of the Pristina government.
**EU Mediator’s Future Uncertain**
Petkovic also expressed criticism towards Miroslav Lajcak, the EU mediator at the meeting. He said that Lajcak would soon be leaving his position and that he could have done more to understand the situation from the Serbian side.
**Update from the EU**
Outgoing EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak met separately with both parties in Brussels. He wrote on social media that Kosovo presented its priorities, while Serbia informed him about not participating in a joint meeting due to recent developments in Kosovo.
