The OSCE said that recent changes to the law fail to meet international human rights standards. The Social Justice Center is calling for a complete overhaul of Georgia’s Administrative Offenses Code, which they say violates international human rights laws.

A journalist was attacked by an armed officer while driving in central Georgia. The Media Advocacy Coalition has condemned this attack, saying that it shows how dangerous it is to be a journalist in Georgia.
**Students’ Status Restored**
The Rector of Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film State University overturned a decision to revoke the student status of ten protesters who had been demonstrating inside the university building for months.
**Asset Freeze**
The Prosecutor’s Office has requested that assets be frozen after an investigation revealed a group defrauded over $35 million from thousands of people worldwide. The case was heard in court on March 14.
